At Career Source Flagler Volusia, one of our most important goals is to help current and former members of the armed forces transition into a meaningful civilian career.

CareerSource Flagler Volusia provides accessibility and services designed for the inclusion of Persons With Disabilities (PWDs) working towards employment goals to reach self-sufficiency.

These services can include the following:

• Assessments
• Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) Data Matching assists in planning your career path, based on existing skills
• Advocacy/Outreach to identify local employers committed to the hiring of PWDs
• Skills Training (Résumé Writing, Interviewing Skills, Obtaining and Maintaining Employment)
• Navigation of Disability Services
• On-the-Job Training
• Information and Referrals

As part of our Young Adult Services, it is our mission to help residents of Flagler and Volusia Counties, ages 16 – 24, plan and achieve education goals while also securing employment.
