CareerSource Flagler Volusia works to help veterans acquire job search skills needed to obtain employment. Veterans can work with fully trained and specialized staff at any of our career centers to find jobs, acquire skills, access training, plan a career, attend workshops and take advantage of many other resources. Our specialists are skilled at converting military job skills to civilian terms and have information about federal contractors and other employers committed to hiring veterans.
Priority of Service for our Servicemen and Women
We provide Priority of Service to all veteran customers. Priority of Service means the right of eligible veterans and covered person to take precedence over eligible non-covered persons for the receipt of employment, training, and placement services in all CareerSource Flagler Volusia programs funded directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by the Department of Labor.
