If you received a letter from DCF stating that you need to complete 80 hours of activities each month to retain your benefits? Here’s what you need to do:
Step 1:
Create account and begin the required Orientation and Assessment. Select the “New User Login” option. (http://osstclient.deo.myflorida.com)
Important note: You only have 7 days (from the date indicated on your letter) to create your account and complete the orientation and assessment. Your benefits will likely be affected if you don’t complete this step!
Once you create your account, you will have access to a page called “myTESS”, which stands for “My Tools for Economic Self-Sufficiency.” This page will enable you to manage your required activities and interact with us. Click here for a brief tutorial about this page. (https://deotraining.deo.myflorida.com/mytess1/)
Step 2:
Schedule an appointment in the One Stop Service Tracking (OSST) tracking system to meet with a case manager: Click here to make an appointment.
